- We provide management, service charge administration, landlord and tenant advice, and strategic input for St Tydfil Shopping Centre, Merthyr Tydfil, assisting Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council with the management and proposed redevelopment of the centre, which comprises approximately 50 retail units and 180,000 sq ft of space
- We manage a private, family-owned retail and leisure portfolio across South Wales, comprising around 40 tenancies across 9 sites, with a total rent roll of approximately £4.7m
- We oversee the non-adopted facilities at Plasdwr housing development in Cardiff, a major residential scheme that will include approximately 7,000 dwellings, schools, community assets, and commercial properties
- We provide strategic advice and service charge administration for Welsh Government across multiple sites, including SA1 Swansea Waterfront and Baglan Bay Energy Park
- We manage the retail and office elements of property portfolios for two South Wales-based housing associations
- We manage the prestigious Hoddinott Hall concert theatre and adjacent office building at Wales Millennium Centre for a private investor
- We manage the Taff Business Centre and Fairway Court estate in Treforest, comprising 28 industrial properties and 3 office buildings
- We manage a city centre office portfolio in Cardiff, including three multi-let office buildings with a total floor area of approximately 50,000 sq ft for a London-based property company
- We provide block management services for several residential schemes, comprising approximately 450 units.
