- Currently we are letting agents for key Welsh shopping centres including Capitol Shopping Centre in Cardiff, Merlins Walk Shopping Centre in Carmarthen, The Rhiw Shopping Centre in Bridgend and St Tydfil Shopping Centre in Merthyr Tydfil (and formerly Friars Walk Shopping Centre, Newport 24 months prior to its launch)
- We have been appointed under a national framework to dispose of surplus Co-op Banks, Virgin Money and Nat West Banks leases and freeholds throughout Wales
- We are the letting agents dealing with prime city centre restaurant accommodation along Mill Lane, Cardiff city centre
- Active in leasing activity on out of town retail parks in various locations across south Wales including Newport Rd, Cardiff and the Enterprise Park, Swansea.
