Julian Golunski is a Consultant dealing with urban and rural property management, estate management as well as landlord and tenant advice for private and public sector clients.

Julian is a Consultant within the Land Agency department, working with rural and urban property owners, developers, and occupiers, and providing estate management services to landowners. His work is primarily for the Dunraven Group and Park Estates (Cardiff) Ltd, though he previously acted as managing agent for Cardiff Bay Development Corporation throughout its existence from 1987 to 2000, as well as for landowners large and small, including Plymouth Estates Company and GAN Insurance Company. Julian also provides landlord and tenant advice to non-management clients and has given Expert Evidence in Court. With over 40 years’ experience in the South Wales property market, he is a former Director of Cooke & Arkwright and served for many years as a General Commissioner of Taxes.

Interests

Member of Southerndown Golf Club and the Glamorgan Farmers Golf Society, recreational skiing and walking. Julian is also a keen “hobby farmer” with a small flock of pedigree Lleyn ewes.
