- Retained at Edwards Business Park, Llantrisant to provide strategic advice and oversee lettings from 1,800 sq. ft to 100,000 sq. ft. This included portfolio analysis to unlock circulation and yard space
- Acted on the acquisition of three prime new-build units at Indurent Park, Newport, later let to Genpower, Aerfin and EET. These are among the largest industrial deals in South Wales in recent years
- Acted for the vendor in the sale of a 6.5 acre site at the former Coveris facility, Blaenavon, successfully negotiated completion to Torfaen Council
- Advised an institutional landlord at Reevesland Industrial Estate, Newport on a strategy for a 169,681 sq. ft empty property, including marketing, negotiation and securing a new lease for the entire unit
