The first quarter of 2024 has seen a strong start with significantly more office transactions across Cardiff and consistent level of industrial take up through South Wales.

Compared to the last quarter of 2023 the office market experienced almost double the amount of take up, in both the number of transactions and total transactional volume. Industrial activity remains consistent to the end of last year with just over 610,000 sq ft of take up and 72 deals.
