About Sharon

Sharon Williams is a Facilities Manager within the Property Management department and manages buildings across South Wales.

She has been a Facilities Manager for 13 years and has worked on various commercial property contracts including retails parks, office blocks and industrial units. 

She has a keen interest in Health & Safety and applies this knowledge to the properties she overseas on behalf of clients across the portfolio.

Sharon has worked in managing building roles for 13 years and has many years experience with tenant liaison, service charge administration and undertaking routine inspections of properties and sites. She has a working knowledge of relevant commercial property requirements and health & safety, ensuring statuary compiance in such areas as asbestos, lifts, electrics, water and hygine.

Interests

Sharon enjoys watching Formula 1 and rugby when she's not spending time with her grandchildren.

Cooke & Arkwright have been providing rating valuation advice to The Welsh Rugby Union Limited (“WRU”) and Millennium Stadium plc for many years. They were recently successful in achieving substantial reductions in the assessments of the Millennium Stadium, covering both the 2005 and 2010 rating list. These negotiated reductions yielded savings of c.£3.5m which, crucially, allows the WRU to re-invest in rugby throughout Wales.
