Graham Davies is a Director specialising in investment sales and acquisitions.
Graham is a Director & Partner with more than 35 years’ experience in the property investment market. He provides niche investment advice across all asset classes and is particularly active in the office and industrial sectors. He represents a variety of UK Institutions; Property Companies and numbers of Private Investors.
Graham is equally at home dealing with single asset sales and acquisitions or with large portfolio transactions, which can range between £1m to £50m.
He also enjoys advising on and identifying Urban Regeneration Projects, bringing together collaborating public and private sector organisations to deliver new facilities for public services and to facilitate urban regeneration projects.
Graham frequently sources investment opportunities for clients across the UK, matching client requirements with available properties. He has an extensive network of agent contacts that he works alongside to provide the occupational advice on property acquisitions outside of Wales.
Graham is a former international rugby player and a member of the Investment Committee of The Representative Body of the Church in Wales.

Interests
Outside of work Graham enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, walking and exploring the outdoors. He is particularly enjoys playing the piano and all types of music.
