About Ellie

Ellie is a Senior Surveyor with the Land Agency team dealing with property management, agency, lease advisory and utility work. She also manages the Crown Estate Coastal Portfolio in South Wales.

Ellie works within the firm's Rural department, working for a variety of private and public sector clients across South Wales including The Crown Estate, Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park Authority, St Fagans Estate and The Representative Body of the Church in Wales.

Her responsibilities include:

Estate management: including landlord & tenants matters such as rent reviews and lease renewals;

Land agency: managing rural property lettings, sales and marketing;

Rural professional services: advising on negotiation of easements, utilities and compulsory purchase, and a variety of other topical matters;

Valuations: Assisting with valuations for a variety of clients and purposes.

  • Dalcour McLaren, Cirencester, working in the telecoms team managing over 30 sites.

Interests

Ellie enjoys music, drama, and, most recently, Salsa. She often goes running with her dogs, and wild swimming when she has the opportunity.

Liz has been an absolute star, providing excellent support and great professional advice.
