About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Hill is a Director of the Valuation Department, advising clients throughout Wales across most commercial property sectors.
She undertakes asset valuations for private companies and public sector organisations. She provides expert valuations to the Court and has experience in attending Court. She is experienced in providing valuations under Section 18 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1927 in respect of Diminution of Value resulting from tenant's breach of repairing covenants. She provides valuations for taxation purposes. Elizabeth also helps oversee compliance with professional standards within the department.

When she is not working Elizabeth enjoys helping her children with their flock of Herdwick sheep.
