Jane Shankland and Elizabeth Hill (Directors of Cooke & Arkwright) were pleased to meet Graham Craven of RICS recently.
Graham’s role is to engage with Welsh RICS members to try and rebuild relationships and raise the profile of the RICS in Wales.
Graham is hopeful that RICS will re-establish a local office in Cardiff in the near future.
Cooke & Arkwright look forward to being involved in RICS run local CPD, fundraising and social events again.
Jane Shankland is very approachable and responsive as well as having sound all round experience of rating law. The Council has benefited greatly from Jane’s support, sound advice and skill and the Council will continue to use her services.
