We are delighted to congratulate surveyor Rhys Price, who has qualified for chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Following two years of hard work and training, Rhys has full MRICS status and is recognised by his peers as having reached a set level of competence.

Rhys is a Senior Surveyor with the Business Space department, involved in sales, lettings and acquisitions of office, industrial and warehouse properties across Wales. He provides a Director-led service helping investors, occupiers and developers acquire, let and dispose of office, warehouse and industrial units across South Wales. He also assists with providing advice on asset management and strategic decisions for a range of clients.

Rhys commented, “I am really pleased to have completed the APC, qualifying as a chartered surveyor. Throughout the process I benefited from the support of not only Cooke & Arkwright but also support from the wider surveying community in South Wales, both of which have provided guidance, training and mock interviews.

“Becoming chartered is an important step in my career progression, Being MRICS provides globally recognised status within the property profession status and I look forward to this providing the perfect foundation for my ongoing career.”
