The site, which is a major land mark in North Cardiff, totals around 19 acres and has over 500,000 sq.ft. of offices in a series of major blocks.
The Chairman of Cooke & Arkwright, Michael Lawley who brokered the disposal with Cardiff Council commented, “This was a good deal for both sides.
"It enabled Cannondale to exit the site in an orderly manner following the vacation of the site by HMRC after a long period of occupation, and it gave Cardiff Council the opportunity to secure a major redevelopment opportunity for educational purposes in North Cardiff, where there would normally be a dearth of such sites.
"We were pleased to be involved in this transaction on such a high profile site.”
