Hazel works within Land Agency specialising in Utilities, dealing with infrastructure companies, landowners and occupiers on wayleaves and easements, dealing with entry and claims arising from schemes undertaken by Dwr Cymru-Welsh Water and other clients. Services are provided throughout the UK for water pipes and sewers, electricity cables and wires, gas and oil pipelines, telecom masts, wind turbines and solar farms.
Hazel previously worked with the Investment and Development teams, providing support with marketing and sales, comparables schedules and presentation packs to showcase market trends and key deals, and market research to support sales and acquisition work. She assisted with development appraisals for valuations, viability reports and expert witness work, maintained the land database and assists with tender processes.
Hazel has applied to the College of Estate Management to undertake a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management, working towards becoming a qualified Member of the RICS.
Hazel has a degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. She joined Cooke & Arkwright as a Graduate Trainee Surveyor in 2015, having previously worked as Quality Project Manager for global engineering firm, Cummins Ltd.
Hazel enjoys going to the gym, weight lifting, kayaking and surfing. She has coached netball and run the Cardiff Half Marathon, and has entered the Rat Race Coast to Coast challenge in Scotland, for September 2016. When she has any energy left, she enjoys cooking!
