About Samuel

Sam Lynn is a Trainee Surveyor currently working within the development land, industrial and distribution and valuation departments.

Sam graduated from the University of Reading in 2024 with a master’s degree in MSc Real Estate.  He is currently studying for his APC to become a qualified Chartered Surveyor.

• Assisting in various valuations for a range of clients.
• Advising clients on residential development projects.
• Industrial and office acquisitions for a range of clients.

BSc Psychology University of Reading 2023. 

MSc Real Estate (RICS accredited) University of Reading 2024. 

Sam is currently studying for is APC to become a Chartered Surveyor. 

Interests

In addition to coaching on weekends, Sam is an avid tennis player who dedicated much of his free time at university to playing alongside the University Men’s Tennis Team. Outside of tennis, he enjoys taking his dog on walks, participating in various sports, and travelling.
