About Nick

Nick Elliot is a commercial property surveyor who manages retail, office and industrial premises on behalf of private and institutional landlords.

He specialises in strategic and ‘landlord and tenant’ advice and manages lease events including undertaking lease renewals and rent reviews. He is also responsible for statutory compliance adherence, contractor appointment and management and service charge preparation and administration.

With a degree in building surveying Nick likes to personally carry out all inspections for the estates that he manages to plan and monitor all remedial and major works.

Interests
