About Nicola

Nicola is an experienced Property Manager within the Property Management team, bringing more than 38 years of expertise from the social housing sector, where she has worked at senior level managing a wide range of housing services. Following voluntary redundancy in 2021, Nicola successfully transitioned into leasehold management, building on her extensive transferable skills and completing the ATPI qualification to support this career move.

Experience

Nicola holds a BSc in Housing, an HNC in Housing Studies, the CIH Professional Diploma in Housing, an HND in Business Studies, AIRPM (now ATPI)  (December 2023), and a Level 3 qualification in Community Mediation Skills.

Interests

Outside of work, Nicola is a keen and accomplished horse rider. She has completed numerous long-distance endurance rides across the UK and has proudly represented Wales in endurance riding over the past decade. When she’s not working or training, Nicola enjoys spending time with her three Arab horses, two cats, family, friends, and her baby grandson.
