About Samuel

Sam Lynn is a Trainee Surveyor currently working within the Rural, Marine and Business Rating departments. He also assists with valuations across a range of assets for a variety of purposes with a client base located in South Wales.

Qualifications

BSc Psychology University of Reading 2023. 

MSc Real Estate (RICS accredited) University of Reading 2024. 

Sam is currently studying for is APC to become a Chartered Surveyor. 

Interests

In addition to coaching on weekends, Sam is an avid tennis player who dedicated much of his free time at university to playing alongside the University Men’s Tennis Team. Outside of tennis, he enjoys taking his dog on walks, participating in various sports, and travelling.
