Sebastian Branfield is a Trainee Surveyor in Cooke & Arkwright's Retail and Leisure Agency acting for landlords and local and national retailers on high street and shopping centre locations throughout South Wales.
Experience
Sebastian graduated with an undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship & Management and later completed a Master’s degree in Real Estate (RICS accredited), both at the University of Reading. During his studies, his main areas of interest included sustainability, investment appraisal and valuation.”

Interests
On weekends, Sebastian enjoys motocross and mountain biking and also plays rugby for his local club. He also spends time managing a smallholding, where he has recently planted 50 apple trees and tends to his beehives.
