Rhun is a trainee surveyor working in the Property Management department.
Experience
Rhun holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management (UCEM), following an undergraduate degree in Business Economics from Cardiff University. He currently manages property on behalf of landlords, liaising with tenants and contractors on maintenance, compliance matters, and day‑to‑day operational issues. In addition, Rhun oversees service charge budgeting and expenditure, ensuring effective financial management and full adherence to lease obligations.

Interests
Rhun is a Welsh speaker, a keen rugby player and a regular gym‑goer who enjoys maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. He also loves hiking, having completed a three‑day trek in Bolivia that reached a summit of 6,088m, as well as the Welsh 15 Peaks Challenge, which involves scaling the 15 highest peaks in Snowdonia within 24 hours. In addition, Rhun enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures.
