Nick Elliot is a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor in Cooke & Arkwright's Retail and Leisure Agency department.
Nick has over 14 years of industry experience and currently specialises in commercial lettings, sales, acquisitions and lease advisory work. He represents institutional and private landlords as well as national and independent retailers.

- Advising landlords and tenants with regards to lease advisory, agency and estate development matters.
- Commercial property management across all asset classes including drafting RICS compliant service charge budgets.
