Isaac Grant is a Trainee Surveyor in Cooke & Arkwright’s Valuation department. His role includes inspecting properties, assessing the impact of ESG factors, reviewing leases and researching comparable evidence. He works across office, industrial, and retail sectors.

Interests
Isaac enjoys playing padel and tennis and represents his local tennis team. He is also passionate about football, both playing and watching, and regularly attends Cardiff City matches. Musical theatre is another hobby of his and he enjoys going to the Wales Millenium Centre to watch productions on a regular basis.
