Location:
The property is located near the village of Rudry, which lies about four miles to the east of Caerphilly. To reach the land from Cardiff, leave the M4 at J30 and take the Maes y Bryn Road past the Dutch Garden Centre. Follow this road for approximately two miles then follow the Rudry Road until you come to the Maenllwyd Inn Junction. Turn left and immediately right, signposted to Rudry.

Follow this road until you pass the Parish Hall and the track leading up to the property is located directly after it on the left. On driving up the track the road forks and the entrance to Derwen Farm is clearly signposted.
