About Will

Will Bush is a Surveyor dealing with business rate assessments for clients for all types of commercial property including industrial, office and retail premises in Wales and England.

Will works within the rating department, the largest professional rating practice in Wales. He provides advice to private and public sector clients throughout Wales and England, including assessment of business rate bills; submission of appeal documentation; negotiation with the Valuation Officer; advice and mitigation on empty property rates; advice on rate relief schemes including changes in legislation and transitional adjustments; audits of historic rates for errors and liability forecasts.
