Robert is an Associate Director within the firm’s specialist Development Land department, skilled at securing development value on residential and commercial, greenfield and brownfield sites. He provides development appraisals, advice on planning, economic, legal, engineering and environmental factors critical to development outcomes. He is experienced in promoting land for both long and medium term activities, providing development advice, selling land with and without planning consent, and acquisition of land. Sites range from small roadside plots to long-term schemes running into many thousands of plots. Robert also has a thorough knowledge of Business Rates and is skilled in valuation work. He is a fluent Welsh speaker.
