Ed Meyer is a Senior Surveyor within the firm’s Rural department with responsibilities including land agency on behalf of Dwr Cymru Welsh Water and general estate management duties for the Representative Body of the Church in Wales. Acting as land agent to Welsh Water he is responsible for the negotiation of easements and precondition surveys following the service of statutory notices. He also advises on acquisitions and licences and provides digital mapping services for notice plans and referencing purposes. In his role as managing agent for The Representative Body of the Church in Wales he advises on property sales and marketing, landlord & tenant matters and other estate management work.

Ed is a keen mountain biker, spending most weekends in the hills surrounding Cardiff or further afield at one of the many trail centres in South Wales. Ed also plays darts for his local team, The Brady Bunch, competing in the Cardiff & Whitchurch Darts League on Monday evenings. He also enjoys traction kiting, walking his dog and cooking.
