Property Auction includes wide variety of Lots from across Wales

Auction to be held at the Village Hotel, Coryton, Cardiff on 27 April 2016

Lots from all over Wales will go under the hammer at Cooke & Arkwright’s next Property Auction at the Village Hotel, Coryton, Cardiff on Wednesday 27th April 2016. To-date there are 36 confirmed lots, subject to change. Lots consist of a variety of residential investment properties, commercial buildings, agricultural land and development opportunities belonging to a number of clients including the Welsh Government.

Auctioneer Rod Perons, Director of Land Agency at Cooke & Arkwright said, “The Welsh Governments disposals were the catalyst, but we have been very pleased with the number of submissions received from other interested parties. Standout Lots include a pair of Victorian semi-detached houses in Newtown, Powys, development land in Newtown with planning permission for nine houses, development land allocated for employment use near Barry in the Vale of Glamorgan and potential development land at Pembroke Dock.”
