Cooke & Arkwright maintains an in-house research department which collates and tracks information relating to the property scene in Wales. The firm is regularly commissioned by private and public sector clients to undertake specific items of research either on a one-off or recurring basis. The Research Department also produces an annual Property Profile of trends in South Wales for retail, office and industrial properties and contributes to national research projects.
