Cooke & Arkwright has a dedicated property investment department with over 30 years of experience, specifically dealing in commercial property investment transactions. We act on behalf of an extensive client base including Institutions, Property Companies and Private Investors, sourcing and acquiring suitable properties across the UK.
In 2011 we transacted sales and acquisitions in excess of £90m and in 2012 to-date, properties valued in excess of £80m have been purchased or sold. A recent landmark transaction was the purchase of a Tesco Extra supermarket in Wembley, London for £60m on behalf of Orchard Street Investment Managers.
We advise across all sectors of the property market, drawing heavily on the firm’s intimate and wide-ranging knowledge and contact base. We also utilise industry standard computer valuation and funding programmes to provide as full a client service as possible.
