Tim is Associate Director within the Office and Industrial Agency advising landlords and occupiers, investors and developers on all aspects of office, industrial and warehouse properties. He offers advice on the acquisition of offices and industrial premises, letting vacant premises and selling buildings, service charge liabilities, development and refurbishment, valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals. Clients include Welsh Government, Crown Commercial Services and Sony UK. Tim is a qualified Building Surveyor and provides expert advice on property maintenance. His experience includes the design and contract administration of a variety of refurbishment schemes, including commercial office and industrial premises and listed residential buildings, and delivering major stock condition assessments for Cardiff University and UWC Atlantic College, St Donats.
