About Jeremy
Jeremy Symons is a Director providing advice on property sales and acquisitions, lettings and disposals, valuations, Landlord & Tenant leases and strategic property asset management.
Jeremy is a Director with over 30 years’ experience in property covering sales and acquisitions, leasing, valuations, Landlord & Tenant and strategic property asset management. He advises landlords and tenants on rent reviews, lease renewal negotiations and re-gearing, and has advised on many Arbitration / Independent Expert referrals. He has specialist experience in the sale, letting and acquisition of industrial premises around South Wales, having advised companies such as Hitachi, Purolite and Sofa Brands International. Jeremy has assisted the Welsh Government on management strategy of key assets and handled acquisitions for local and national businesses including Aerfin, Sofa Brands International, Thunder Road Motorcycles and the Reserve Forces and Cadets Association.

- Disposal of 25 acre strategic site including 400,000 sq ft former Sogefi unit, Llantrisant to the Welsh Government; and sale of 56,000 sq ft Solis One building, Blaenau Gwent on behalf of Welsh Government to Tai Calon
- Lease of 83,000 sq ft industrial unit at Reevesland Ind Est, Newport on behalf of Threadneedle, to JoJo Maman Bebe
- Acquisition of design and build unit of circa 100,000 sq ft in Derby; re-gearing of large factory leases in Caerphilly for Coveris, G Plan in Melksham and Doresta Upholstery in Nottingham.

Interests
Jeremy is a keen dinghy sailor, competing successfully in national and local events and holding positions in his local sailing club. He skis most years and has hiked most areas in the UK, being part of Brecon Beacons Mountain Rescue for a period. He has travelled extensively, visiting Peru (Inca trail) , Africa (Kilimanjaro and Toubkal), Nepal (Everest base camp), China (Great Wall and Hong Kong) and USA (California, Yosemite, Florida and New York).
