Elizabeth Hill is a Director providing valuations for financial reporting, taxation and strategic purposes as well as under Civil Procedure Rules.
Elizabeth joined the firm in 2002 and became Director in 2016. Working within the professional department she is one of the firm’s key valuation contacts, valuing commercial properties and development appraisals throughout Wales. She undertakes asset valuations for private companies and public sector organisations and has particular experience in the Higher Education Sector. She provides expert valuations to the Court for matrimonial proceedings and has experience in attending Court. She has experience in providing valuations under Section 18 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1927 in respect of Diminution of Value resulting from tenant’s breach of repairing covenants. She provides valuations for taxation purposes. She helps oversee compliance with professional standards within the department.
