Prime site close to Cardiff City Stadium acquired

A prime 1.5 acre site in Sloper Road, close to Cardiff City Stadium in Leckwith has been sold to a private developer. The premises were previously occupied by Hewden Hire, which has sold the site in a move to consolidate its business in Cardiff Bay.

Jeremy Symons, who acted on behalf of Hewden Stuart Plc on the deal said, “This is a shrewd investment in a key location. Its proximity to the stadium and Capital Shopping Park presents a range of potential opportunities for the future use of the site.
