New Industrial Agency surveyor for Cardiff

Cooke & Arkwright has appointed a new surveyor to join its Industrial Agency in Cardiff. John Rhys Jones will assist the agency specialising in the disposal and acquisition of industrial property on behalf of retained clients throughout South and West Wales. 

Prior to joining Cooke & Arkwright, Mr Jones spent five years working in Bristol as a Land Acquisition Surveyor in the telecommunications industry and as Estates Manager for Fields & Towers. He graduated from the University of Glamorgan with degree in Mineral Surveying and is currently undergoing his Assessment of Professional Competence to become a member of the RICS.

Originally from Lampeter, Mr Jones is a fluent Welsh speaker. He lives in Cardiff but makes regular trips back to his home town where he captains Lampeter Town Rugby Club.
