Eastern Business Park new lettings

Eastern Business Park in St Mellons, which has been purchased in its entirety by Robert Hitchins Limited, has already secured two new lettings. James Hull Associates has taken a ground floor suite of 1,000 sq ft, alongside Manestream Ltd, an expanding Health & Safety consultancy. 

James Hull is an established dental practice with branches throughout south Wales including Cardiff and Newport. It will use the offices as a regional administration base for its growing company.

David Herbert of Robert Hitchins welcomed both tenants to Eastern Business Park. “Attracting new occupiers so quickly has confirmed our belief in the business park and we have kicked off a rolling refurbishment programme to include on-site facilities such as a restaurant, shop, creche and gym.

Cooke & Arkwright are joint retained letting agents on the scheme.
