Brackla House Bridgend
Acting on behalf of Dunraven Estate Company, Cooke & Arkwright negotiated a sale of the 90,898 sq ft Brackla House development in Bridgend Town Centre for a figure of £1.4m.
Graham Davies stated “The building a 1980’s premises let to various good local covenants and local government departments has an income of around £140,000 per annum. The building offers excellent potential, through pro active estate management.”
