Graham Davies of Cooke & Arkwright, who acted on behalf of Barwood in the deal, said that the site offers considerable potential for further development and expansion. “We anticipate that Barwood will take the opportunity to create additional prime facilities on the park in the near future. A planning application for a new single, high quality industrial warehouse of 100,000 sq ft has been submitted” he said.

Barwood Developments is one of the leading independent, privately owned property development companies in the UK, having already developed over 5.5 million sq ft of industrial/warehousing.
