Philip Angell

Director

Philip joined Cooke & Arkwright in 1989 and is a Director specialising in commercial estate management and landlord and tenant work, as well as the management of residential apartment blocks.

He has been responsible for an extensive range of properties for a large client base primarily in South Wales but also throughout the UK. These instructions range from covering all aspects relating to the management of a large portfolio to managing the services and expenditure at a single, multi-let property. These clients include CIS Ltd, Welsh Development Agency, Mansford (Wales) Ltd, Dawnay Day Property Investment Ltd and Western Power Distribution.

He also provides strategic advice to the Resource group of companies and this instruction also includes the management of the 150 acre Wentloog Corporate Park. This involves managing existing tenancies, arranging short-term lettings and planning future development/sales. He acted for Euroclad Limited, which is part of the Resource group, in the Cardiff International Railfreight Terminal project. He also provides valuation and landlord and tenant advice to non-management clients and has given expert evidence in court on a number of occasions.
