Philip joined Cooke & Arkwright in 1989 and is a Director specialising in commercial estate management and landlord and tenant work, as well as the management of residential apartment blocks.
He has been responsible for an extensive range of properties for a large client base in South and West Wales and throughout the UK. In the commercial sector these instructions cover the office, industrial and retail sectors and range from covering all aspects relating to the management of a large portfolio to managing the services and expenditure at a single, multi-let property. Examples in various sectors of properties managed include:
Offices Brunel House, Cardiff - A multi-let building of approximately 225,000 sq ft with service charge expenditure in excess of £1million.
Industrial Llandow Trading Estate, Cowbridge - An industrial estate of approximately 32 acres in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Retail Darkgate Centre, Carmarthen - Ten shops of multi-let offices above.
Residential Castle Court, Cardiff - A development of 149 flats adjacent to the Millennium Stadium.
He also provides valuation and landlord and tenant advice to non-management clients and has given expert evidence in court on a number of occasions.
