Nic joined Cooke & Arkwright’s Retail Agency in 2009 and advises both institutional and local landlords, and local and national retailers. Clients include Greggs the Bakers, Principality Building Society, Timpson, Dolland & Aitchison, British Heart Foundation, Shaws the Drapers, Burger King, F&C REIT Asset Management, Panther Securities and a number of local property companies and investors.

Nic has a BSc in Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of the Shop Agents Society.
