Kate joined Cooke & Arkwright’s Office Agency in 2009, where she provides strategic advice regarding sales, lettings and acquisitions of office accommodation. She provides property advice to private individuals, national companies and local authorities, and also has a background in property valuations and property management.

Kate has a BSc in Land Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
