Julian Golunski

Director

Julian was educated at the Royal Agricultural College and joined Cooke & Arkwright in 1972. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is the Director dealing with urban and rural property management for a wide range of private and public clients.

He also acted as managing agent for Cardiff Bay Development Corporation throughout its existence, provides valuation and landlord and tenant advice to non-management clients and has given expert evidence in court on several occasions. He acts in a trustee or director capacity for a number of client’s estates or their companies. He is a General Commissioner of Taxes.
