Jane Shankland

Associate Director

Jane has been with Cooke & Arkwright since 1994. She is involved with all aspects of professional work including commercial valuations, compulsory purchase and asset valuation work. She pecialises in non-domestic rating and provides advice on all rating issues to numerous clients in both the public and private sector throughout England and Wales. This includes presentation of a number of cases at Valuation Tribunal.

Jane was educated at Reading University and is a past Chairman of the Junior Organisation of the RICS in South Wales.
