Ian Hyman

Senior Surveyor

Ian joined Cooke & Arkwright’s Professional department in 2007, where his duties include secured lending valuations, asset valuations, local taxation and assisting with the disposal of land. He has carried out and settled business rate appeals for local authority properties, including leisure centres and community centres. He regularly assists colleagues with the disposal of residential land and with development proposals. He has also worked with the Country & Executive Homes department assisting with the sale and negotiations for prime residential housing.

Ian has a BSc in Business Studies and an MA in Real Estate Management. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
