Francesca Tanguy

Associate Director

Francesca heads the Country and Executive Homes department. She is responsible for residential valuations and manages the negotiating team. She has personally dealt with many of the most important country house sales in south Wales over the last five years. These include Sker House, Porthcawl; Llandough Castle, Cowbridge; Gelli Aur, Llandeilo - the former home of the earls of Cawdor; and most recently Llanerch Vineyard.

She was educated at the French Lycee in London and speaks French fluently. She has lived in the Vale of Glamorgan for over 20 years and her interests include the history of country houses and agriculture. She is a keen rider.

Throughout her professional career she has been involved in Welsh property. Her experience includes being a director of a national house building company. Her expertise has been gained over more than 25 years.
