Emily Thomas

Senior Surveyor

Emily works within the Management department dealing with Commercial Estate Management and Landlord & Tenant work. Instructions include covering all aspects relating to the management of large portfolios to managing the services and expenditure of single properties.

Properties that Emily is responsible for include, in the office sector, Southgate House, Cardiff for Euranglo Cardiff Ltd; The Wharf, Cardiff for SA Brains & Co; and Trinity Court, Cardiff for Woodenbutton Ltd.

In the industrial sector instructions include Cradley Business Park, West Midlands for Bamfords Trust Plc; Granada Trading Estate, West Midlands for Alyjiso Ltd; and a number of Western Power Distribution Depots across the whole of South Wales for WPD Investments Ltd.

Emily is also responsible for the management of the SA1 development (a mixed use development site) on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government.

She graduated from the University of Reading where she achieved a 2:1 Hons degree in Land Management. Before joining Cooke & Arkwright she worked for Donaldson’s in Bristol, firstly in the Valuation Department and then in Office & Industrial Agency. Following Donaldson’s takeover she worked in DTZ’s Retail Asset Management department and latterly in Landlord & Tenant.

Emily is a fluent Welsh speaker, was Welsh Junior Golf Champion in 2001 and is a keen hockey player.
