Elizabeth Hill has been with Cooke & Arkwright since November 2002. She works within the professional department based at the Cardiff Office and is predominantly involved with security valuations, rent reviews and rating.

Prior to joining Cooke & Arkwright, Elizabeth spent 3 years with Gerald Eve in Cardiff and was involved with non-domestic rating, management, valuation and rent review work throughout Wales and the south-west of England. Elizabeth graduated from the University of South Bank with an honours degree in Estate Management and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in May 1999. She is a former Chairman of the RICS Matrics (Junior Organisation) in South Wales.
