Chris Hyde

Senior Surveyor

Chris Hyde joined Cooke & Arkwright in 2005 and is responsible for the day to day management of a number of rural estates across South Wales and in England, including Earl of Plymouth Estates, Dunraven Estates Company and The Church in Wales agricultural portfolio. He also assists in undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals and the compiling and submission of planning applications. He has recently been acting on behalf of a landowner in Oxfordshire with regards to the proposed construction of a major new reservoir in the region.

Chris gained a Masters degree in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and has a BSc (Econ) in International Politics & Strategic Studies. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
