Andrew Gardner

Director

Andrew has been with Cooke & Arkwright since 1985 and is now a Director of the firm involved in general professional and commercial valuation work. He has been involved in most of the major asset valuations carried out by the firm including those for Hyder Plc, Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, Monmouthshire County Council and Gwent Police. He has advised the University of Glamorgan in general estate matters since 1993 and other public sector organisations including The National Museum and Galleries of Wales and the Cardiff Bay Development Corporation.

He is also actively engaged in the disposal of residential development land and he has responsibilities for dealing with lease renewals and rent reviews of office premises where his experience extends back over 10 years.
