Alex Kalebic

Associate

Alex joined Cooke & Arkwright’s Retail Agency in the summer of 2007 and was made Associate in November 2012. He acts on both Agency and Professional matters for institutional and local landlords, local and national retailers.  Clients include Greggs the Bakers, The Money Shop, Martin McColl, Principality Building Society, Timpson, Dolland & Aitchison, British Heart Foundation, Shaws the Drapers, Burger King, F&C REIT Asset Management, LaSalle Investment Management and a number of local property companies and investors, with instructions across England and Wales.

Alex has an honours degree in Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying.  He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the Shop Agents Society and sits on the RICS South Wales matrics committee. At home, Alex is a volunteer lifeboat crew man with the RNLI at Penarth Lifeboat Station.
