Alan Jones

Senior Surveyor

Alan Jones joined Cooke & Arkwright in June 1999, and after working in various departments including Investment Agency, Professional Services and Property Management, he has returned to the Professional Department. He undertakes commercial property valuation work for all the major banks for secured lending purposes and also for private companies and individuals in terms of asset valuations and for general purposes.

Prior to joining Cooke & Arkwright, Alan attended the University of the West of England, Bristol where he gained an honours degree in Valuation and Estate Management. He originally comes from West Wales where he worked for an auctioneering company for five years. After this he joined the Royal Air Force and was based at RAF St Athan in South Wales, and then RAF Odiham in Hampshire.
